The school has been successful in its grant application for funding for the "Beyond Lego Mindstorms" initiative. Students across year levels will be working together in the design and production of robots to meet negotiated challenges.

Through the Student ICT Pacesetters initiative, students take an active lead in making ICT integral to their learning. Through student-teacher negotiated projects, an integrated approach to using ICT is facilitated.
