Drama

Drama is about life – at work, in relationships and in recreation. In Drama students can trial experiences without risks. They can stand in someone else’s shoes and see the world from a different point of view.

Drama allows students to take responsibility for their own actions and as a result become a confident decision-maker and problem-solver. It enables you to develop your confidence, your self-esteem, your communication and team-work skills through experiences in Drama, spoken language and expressive movement.

Opportunities are provided for students to refine work for presentation to an audience both in class and in the wider community. Students will attend performances outside the school in order to develop analytical skills and an appreciation of professional Arts.
