At Aldridge we feel a leadership program is crucial in providing students with the opportunity to learn the skills required to be future leaders.
Students can become part of our role model and leadership programs that give them access to camps and activities to develop their community awareness and leadership skills. Students will have regular meetings to develop and action school programs and activities that support school change, enhance cultural awareness, focus on student wellbeing and integrate our local community into the school.
Students will be provided with professional development through guest speakers, workshops and public speaking opportunities. They will also engage with local community leaders including working closely with the Mayor and local councillors in regional development programs.
We believe there is no greater honour than being endorsed by your peers as a leader and Aldridge works to give our school leaders credible opportunities to engage in real life leadership ventures.
