𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟯𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
Aldridge SHS, in partnership with Ozcare, will again be using an online consent system for the School Immunisation Program for Year 7 and Year 10 students in 2026.
Parents and caregivers must complete online consent for their child to participate in the 2026 School Immunisation Program. Please note that paper consent forms will not be issued.
Please ensure consent is completed prior to the scheduled clinic dates.

2026 Clinic Dates - Aldridge SHS:
- Year 7 HPV & dTpa Clinic: 31 March 2026
- Year 10 ACWY & Meningococcal B (Dose 1) Clinic: 31 March 2026
- Year 10 Meningococcal B (Dose 2) Clinic: 15 June 2026
Any Year 8’s or Year 11’s that missed out on the immunisations in 2025 can catch up on the above scheduled dates. Registration must be completed for these students via the link above.
